But I dont think we should have separate religions for the Asa faith. Because they believed in ALL OF THEM and the majority of those who believed in them believed in both christianity and the Asa faith they were unsure of which to believe in!

The gods of the asa faith were ( sorry for using the swedish names) Oden, Tor, Njord, Frej, Tyr, Brage, Heimdall, Höder, Vidar, Vale, Ull and Forsete. Loke didn't actually count. Two off these also exist in the vana faith, Njord and Frej. Völund were the king of the elves. Siv were Tors wife. Hel is the name on the deathkingdom and it's queen, she were the daughter of Loke.

An other thing we might have to concider is the recources. It would for example be wery strage if the vikings produced chinaware or spices.

This looks very nice, good job Krantz and Semlan.

One question though, is hundreds almost like a kommun or län?

Will Uppsala be in it?

You should give all the credit of the map to krantz.

A hundred is smaller than a kommun and bigger than a socken. It is about the same thing as a socken but smaller.

Krantz can take on a bigger part of the credit if he wants to, you both did a good job.

So, is a hundred smaller or bigger than a socken?

EDIT:

I can see where I live!

Thanks Absolut for that you write in the thread, it gives me more power to complete the map.

Well storsjön are one of the biggest lake in Sweden, but it is not big on the map, if you look really close you can see the lake.

I want to thank you Gamlasemlan for your support!
I want to give all the credits to Örjan on www.tacitus.nu It is he who have made the Backgound map for Sweden.

The first province which where used in Sweden where the Hundreds.
Hundreds are a province for a Germanic Nation or Germanic Tribe.
When the Catholicism where intoduced into Sweden, The Hundreds where splited into smaller provinces whit the name socken.
The hundreds run out of service after some years and the hundreds where sambled into bigger provinces whit the name Landskap and Län.
I don't know when the kommun system where introduced into Sweden.

That first picture looks suspiciuosly similiar to Uppland/Roslagen, am I perhaps right?

And by this I assume that Uppsala will be in the map, so then I will definately play it.
