I think that the Estonian "petrol-rock" (ARGH! I can't remember the english name!) deposits were found in 1922. Not 100% sure though. The "petrol-rock" can be either burn as a fuel(polluting as hell) or be processed into oil.

Why is that? I'm sure there were some russian left in the II RP, although I agree that the number should be severely decreased.

Have you looked in the netherlands tread? Windmolen says something about having changed the states of the Dutch Colonies, maybe you can use that to divide congress poland?

Well.... the indonesian provinces were already defined in the game files... but paradox was too lazy to copy and paste that stuff so all we got was a 1 province state ... so if Paradox didn't define more polish provinces, it'll gonna be hard... but VIP made some new provinces to so it's possible...

I think that Poland, Czechoslovakia and Baltics should have chain of events that can create them into one federation country which can be counterbalance to USSR and Germany(Pilsudski conception)

Yup, I've been working on them a little but I'm kinda short on time as of late. The first batch of events should be ready in the weekend.

I'd classify it a the "insane pipedream" thingy. Pilsudski's conception was actually to create smaller "buffer" states on the soivet border and separate Poland from directly bordering the USSR. However it was Dmowski's conception, in which he said that such buffer states nor Poland wouldn't be strong enough to hold their own against the soviets (prolly was right), that was finally adopted. Dmowski however feared a multi-national country (in fact he turned down Lenin's offer to get Minsk and Bobruisk as part of the peace treaty) and I don't believe a union with Czechoslovakia and the Baltics would be reasonable. Beside, Poland's relations with Lithuania and Czechoslovakia were bad then, although "bad" may be an understatement.

Roberd, where to put these files exactly? I've been pasting them into what logically seems right (meaning scenarios/1919/db/parties for example) but the parties still won't load. Don't you need to declare that file in some other one?

I am busy inserting them, but I haven't had much time for it because of a MP game, but I will have to make some connections to them in the .eug. This will take some time, but I will insert it as soon as it is ready, OK?
