Patch 1.29 within the week

Patch 1.29 will be ready by the end of the week.
I am just debuggin at this point.

This is whats included:

Version 1.29-Mostly by Norrefeldt.

Bugfixes-
-Fixed problem with wrong starting COT's in AGCEEP.
-KoI creation events for Tuscany now wake the right monarchs.
-French event#17023 "League of Cambrai" that references Venice Event#71263 now correctly references VEN event#17018.
-Changed offset in League of Cambrai events from 2070 to 20.
-Fixed known provinces for Iraq.
-Commented out 922 entry in Emilia for Province.csv, to hopefully fix the invisible port issue.
-Fixed Inheritence of Germiyan events.
-Added Hindu only trigger to "Wandering Guru" event.
-Fixed spelling errors in Random event file.
-Fixed Random event "Defortification efforts"
-Fixed A/An Heir grammar issue.
-Fixed strange province values in ID#665/666/672/673 in Province.csv.
-No starting COT in Kowloon till Chinese event#3704 fixed.
-Fixed text in choices for Random event "Cities Demand Old Rights"
-Steirmark, Bosnia, Bulgaris, Krain mine value should be 0 now.
-Comented out any inappropriate references to U15 tag (Old Duchy of Prussia).

Changes-

-In 1474, If Ferrante I is King of Naples:
Choosing Queen Charlotte becomes choice C for Cyprus in the Two Queens event, Choice B allows the choice of Naples over Venice (the queen marries the Neapolitan heir).
If Naples chosen Cyprus is vassalized to Naples, relations change, they get a new monarch, and various events and monarchs are slept.
If Naples is chosen, in 1494 Cyprus gets an inheritance event to either accept Alfonso II of Naples as king or to go with a local. Just like the current situation with Venice
Also added some triggers for the Venetian inheritance of Cyprus (VEN exists, and the event vassalizing Cyprus to Venice happened.)

-BYZ should start out as vassal of OE.
The starting alliance for OE ought to have higher relations with each other. They will declare lots of wars and have wars declared on them, with the current starting relations (0,0 and 50) the alliance will rapidly fall apart and OE will ally with someone far off. Suggestion is to add +50.
Socotra is known to the Ottomans. It has been seen to become Chinese early on (then the capital gets known and a maptrade reveals *a lot*)and in any case it can be used as a base for rapid Ottoman expansion east. Should belong to whomever controls Dofar (Aden/Yemen right now) and be orthodox/arabic.
Give Egypt a starting alliance, to keep them away from the Ottoman alliance. I get back with a suggestion, some in N Africa or Hedjaz.
Give BYZ a peaceful AI, they should seldom declare wars.

-Weakened Genoa in the Black Sea and Georgia now as a three provincer.

-changed these:
Venetian Event for shipyard#17004
Ragusa terrain to mountains
Dalmatia terrain to mountains
remove from ID # 23007, action a , line 4
Manpower raised for Veneto (370) to 8
Manpower raised for Corfu (820) to 3
Lower Transylanian Gold mine from value 45 to 20

-Implemented name changes for Greece (Hellas), Japan (Nippon) and Meissen (Meiben).

Excellent Jester!!
I think we should really include religion.csv from 1.08. All modding of the religions will be with the Christians and Sunni as references. It would be good to have a that setup for a while to easier foresee what further tweaking will do. Also, nit-picking the description above: Georgia will be a two-provincer, i.e. get another province compared to what they have got now. To be more specific about the the Mamelukes, I made them allies with the also unallied Hedjaz.

Also "Wandering Guru" should not have hindu only trigger...Budhists considered them much the same in respect and Budhist Guru's were treated by Hindus the same way.

Does this mean a shift in naming practices or not? Not that i mind these particular ones, but I'm asking.

English present-day name of the historic state should be used. The HC voted upon this for some months ago, it's in the "High Council" thread.

We already use religion.csv from 1.08, look in the readme file for version 1.28...its near the bottom.

Are the harbours in northern Italy (Emilia and Piemonte) fixed like in the latest 1.8 vanilla patch so that they show up?

Its really a big downer when playing as Italy.

*Hiding*

Es Arkajae, what was the problem with Piemonte? I checked all ports in the game and only Emilia and the sea zone Coast of Rhodes had strange settings.

Emilia and Piemonte are supposed to have ports and indeed you can build ships in them, but they have no actual 'port', the little anchor thing that allows you to click on ships in port there do not exist, apparently theres a way of going through the province menu to select ships that way but I've never found out how to do it, point is you cannot click on ships that appear by event or because you've constructed them there.

It has led to me not playing as Italy because two of my most important ports (that I end up with) are unusable.

The vanilla 1.8 has fixed this and now both port anchor thingies are there, but AGCEEP hasn't fixed this yet. Open a grand campaign and look at the ports you'll see them mysteriously missing.

Hmm, if that's the case shouldn't Eire really be Ireland then..... Although people here do use it sometimes, it's really the Irish name for Ireland. Although with all the new tags, the various parts of Ireland should be broken up anyway (have perhaps an Irish unification event though).

I started the campaign at Piemonte is as inland as Baden. You cannot build ships. What version did you try this in?

Yes, I guess it should be called Ireland.

My mistake, in an older version of AGCEEP it was a problem and I assumed it had carried on as I still saw no port there, the problem has turned me off playing Italy so I haven't played it on the latest version apparently you guys chose to make it an inland province when vanilla 1.8 has a port?

The problem still remains in Emilia however, can this please be fixed in the newest patch if it hasn't already been?

Mhm, would it be too late for me to submit the modified leader files for Brandenburg and Bavaria and the expanded monarch file for Brabant? If not, should I just post them into the submissions thread or send them directly to Jester's email?
