Original city/province/country names mod

Ok guys I am planning a mod in which every province has its original name. The name it has been given by its inhabitants.

Therefore every province/country gets the name of the nationality which lives in it. German provinces get German names, French provinces French, Turkish provinces Turkish names, Dutch provinces Dutch names :) and so on..

If you want to help me please post the city, provinces and nations in this thread in the following form.

name in EU2 - original name

1. EU2 country - correct country
2. EU2 provinces - correct province/ EU2 city - correct city

for example:

I am planning to modify the ECP for my mod and maybe I get support of the EEP too :)

edit: I especially need your help with each country's special letters, for example this funny little circle above a letter in the Danish or Swedish (forgive me the mistake if I have made one :)) language, because I don't know how to write them on my German keyboard.

I need it in the form:

(EU2 province name) - (correct historical province name) / (EU2 capital name) - (correct historical capital name)

So Svealand is the province name in EU2.
Stockholm the capital name of the province in EU2.

Shall Södermanland/Uppland be the historical name of the province?
And I suppose that Stockholm is historical correct and does not need to be changed, right?

they are Catalan, very similar to french but isn't french, but during 200 years Rousillon was Aragonese/Spanish, so it would have Catalá/Español name

where can I edit the data of Spain to España? I don't know the file for the EGC 1419 campaign.

Actually the correct name of Castile was Castilla y León

Al-Andalus was the name for the whole of Spain. Granada was a kingdom. Kinda like Castile/Spain

Are you sure? Can you show me a source that proves this with Al-Andalus?

Spain appears during XV century but doesn't start the scenario.

I know :) but where can I edit that Spain does not start as Spain but as España? there must be an entry which says that Castilla and Aragon are from there on Spain and I want this entry to say that they are from there on España.

Here is a map that shows Al-Andalus:
